Pre-K Program

Lessons Aligned With PA's Early Learning Standards

Our Pre-k program is designed to meet the developmental needs of 4 and 5 year-olds, specifically those children who will be going on to Kindergarten the following school year. We will also make exceptions to this rule if your child has a fall birth date, doesn’t make the cutoff for Kindergarten registration but already completed Preschool, and/or is seeking an educational challenge.

Ultimately, the goal of the Preschool and Pre-K programs is educational success. The children will be presented with a wide range of experiences, skills, and interests. They will be presented with weekly lesson plans that are both challenging and intriguing, and are aligned with Pennsylvania’s Early Learning Standards.

The teachers will use a variety of techniques to ensure that each individual child is receiving an education that is stimulating and effective, while not being overwhelming, thus paving the way for a strong educational foundation and a love for learning.
